This deposit entitles you to a custom cut whole or half hog at $6.50 a pound hanging weight. Pork will be available in September, November and January. We process with Tessier Farms in Skowhegan for our whole and half hogs, they use our applewood from our orchard and we get maple syrup for curing from True Moutain Farm.
